I booked a trip for my daughter from Cape Town to Humansdorp. We missed the pickup point and called them that we will board in Somerset West. Nobody told the bus to stop at Somerset West so we have to travel to Caledon to board the bus. We wait there for nearly 2 hours and were continuously told by Nicole and Brandon that we must wait for 10 minutes which became nearly 1 hour. We wait for a further 2 hours but no bus. We called again and were told that the bus did stop where we were waiting at the normal pickup point which was a lie. Nicole and Brandon should be fired for blatantly lying to us and not notifying the bus to stop at Caledon.
