We have been trying for 4 days to change the flight details and get the cost of the change from the SAA call centre. We have phone on Tuesday the first time and they said it take 4 hours to get quote for the change. We have phone after 4 hours and it was still not available. At the end of the day they said it will be ready the next morning. so have it been carrying on and today (Friday) they at last have the cost of the change. On Tuesday it was said that the change should be costing R 495, today its costing R1750. Is this the incompetent people that a customer have to deal with, shocking!!!
