I booked a flight on my Galaxy tablet-I entered my name corrected as I generally double check my information before booking. Once the booking was complete there seemed to be a huge error with my name, something obviously went wrong with the system. My name came back mixed up. When I called the call centre to request a name change they refused to change my name and suggested I book another flight. they refused to help me in any other way stating that a name change only consists of 3 characters. I am highly annoyed as this flight cost me R1011, this was not my mistake as I did enter my name correctly. Who would possible mess up their name that badly?
