Poor Service To Customers

The bus we were to travel in arrived after 8 (should have departed the station at 6:30) and to only find out that it was overbooked by 16 seats. This then caused us to sit and wait without word from the ticket sales agent about what would happen. 2:30 later they managed to tell us that there was a quantum taxi that would take us to the outskirts of JHB where another carrier bus was waiting, the attitude that this meaasage was conveyed in was not an apologetic one nor was it pleading with us to be understanding instead they outright told us to take it or leave it.
