I always made use of intercape's sleepliner bus service when going down to cape town to visir my kids. This time however I was very dissapointed with the service we got from you. On the 2nd of December we booked and paid 2 x return tickets .1412132106Gg489 and 1412132106Mx955. The bus was late and we where put on a mainliner but did not realise it straight away. When already on the way to welkom we ask the hostess and she told us that they had a problem and put us on the mainliner. We decided to get off at wekom fone relatives to come and fetch us. While on the bus the hostess spoke to the call centre and told them. Nobody said that whe should cancell the tickets as Lynette from the call centre is telling us this morning, neither did we receive a sms from you people advising us that that the sleepliner will be replaced with a mainliner. But lynette is telling us you did, but that is a we did not receive such an sms. Check with the swrvice provider and you will see that there was not a sms delivered to our phones. As a Christian company I am deeply dissatisfied with the treatment we received. We booked on a sleepliner because of my back problems and cannot sit for 16 to 17 hours
