So, I forgot my rod for my curtain in Cabnet cab, then I tried calling to tell them I left it behind, for 5hours I have been battling for them to locate the driver, eventually, I call later the evening, they found it but I have to pay the meter from Obsevatory to Bokaap for the driver to return my rod! What the heck? This is bad service, yes, I am resposible for my goods but so is my driver, also, he didn't even report that he had my rod in his cab, that means, if you don't remember you left something in the cab, they just keep it! What are we paying for people, a service, that's not really at your service. Pathetic I tell you!!! I am so angry, because the amount I will pay, I might as well buy me a new rod!
