GABS- terrible service!!!

Good Afternoon.

I am currently in the bus and its the SAME driver!
This really shows how terribly sorry you are for the inconvenience and danger I was put in!

Two weeks later and you put this incompetent driver back on this route.

He just took the wrong route again, in town instead of turning at the robot to go through woodstock, he drove straight through. -you guys made such a wonderful decision. Two weeks later and I didn't get any update, but this driver is back.

I wonder what would've happened if it was your mother/wife/daughter/niece/ -what if something happened to them? Would they get the same response and the driver would be back 2weeks later???

I am angry as!
I am paying for a service! You aren't doing me a favour!

BTW - MY LAST HELLO PETER COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS MATTER WAS RESPONDED TO AND I WAS TOLD BY THE PR MANAGER THAT I WOULD GET A DETAILED REPORT RE THIS ISSUE . I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING!!! In addition RAFIEK LAKAY EMAILED ME AND SAID THAT THIS MAN WAS SUSPENDED-APPARENTLY NOT! thanx for THE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND GABS!!! you are PATHETIC
