Dear BA South Africa,
I have come to my last option to try and get this matter resolved. Since Last Year August I have been trying to Merge 2 accounts that I have with British Airways, I do not know how 2 accounts were opened however I have these 2. And I have trying to get access to the account to use my Avios.
Last year your UK office requested copies of my Passport which i sent, and the matter was never resolved, this year in March I tried again with your SA branch same response and again in September this year.
I have the account linked to my Standard Bank card, and would like to gain access to my account to use my Avios to book a ticket.
Please can someone call me back and assist me with Merging my 2 account and giving me access to the account.
