Thank you for mail. Its now been 5 days and again no team leader has contacted by brother Shameem on 0825520640. To process the refund amount back.
Please kindly can this be attended to urgently this morning. With refund process. How many times do we have to email phone and fax to the same person saying the same thing. When clearly on statement a blind person can see its double deducted. They keep saying can't view statement. When I can even view it from my blackberry.
Trust policy has been violated with Kulula. How do we you call yourselves a trusted SA airline when daylight happens due to an incompetent kulula staff member.
Please can you either call me Shamila on 0824919308 orand get this resolved ASAP this mornin Thursday 18th Dec 2013.
Or should we lodge a case against your company for the amount of R616.
Attached is part of statement clearly showing kulula R616 twice i cant get anymore clear than that. Flight Ref: SWTNZP
