Horrible service and after sale service. Booked ticket 2weeks ago for CT. Kulula assistant that helps me swipes my bank card twice by accident she say. I get sms that amount deducted twice. She say she did not see. Same say I email my bankstatement showing amount deducted twice for same flight ticket. Been calling call centre 5times a day. Service bad. Now I get told they can't open bankstatement. On bankstatement if reflects amount deducted twice for same flight booked. 2wks later they still have not refunded or appoligized for error. So I need to trust this airline in SA who is dishonest! Refund my money back. I've given out more money now on calls and emails and faxes. Kulula airline cannot be trusted for honesty. I'm still waiting for my money and its their error. What more to do. Trust we say. Yours in dissapointment S. Poole
