Bad Service!!!

We were suppose to fly back to Jhb from Cpt last night at 17:30. When we got to the check in they informed us that the flight has been delayed and we will only start boarding at 20:45. Almost a 4 hour delay??? Then when asked why, no sorry there has been a technical problem with the aircraft! Do you only have one airplane that can fly between Cape Town and Jhb??? Then as we walked closer to start boarding we got hold up for another half an hour because the crew that was suppose to fly back with us to Jhb has not even landed yet. We eventually started boarding at 21:20. I got back to Jhb at 00:30!!! This is unacceptable, we had to sit at the airport for 4 hours. Then we paid more for an earlier flight just to fly at a later cheaper flight? And what refund do we get??? A R50 meal voucher at the Cape Town Airport? Not a happy customer!!!
