WAS SUPPOSE TO FLY TO CAPE TOWN JE165 TO CAPE TOWN AT 18:30 TO BE TOLD WHEN I GET HERE THAT THERE IS A 3 HOUR DELAY. WHEN ASKED TO BE PUT ON ANOTHER FLIGHT I AM GREETED WITH ROLLED EYES AND OFFER OF A R50 MEAL VOUCHER!!! I HAVE A 10 YEAR OLD IN TEARS CAUSE HE WILL ONLY LAND IN CAPE TOWN AT 12:30!!! UNACCEPTABLE! THE MANAGERS RESPONSE WELL CANCEL YOUR FLIGHT AND WE WILL GIVE YOU A REFUND!! AWESOME CUSTOMER CARE WHEN NO ONE GIVES A! I AM IN CLIENT SERVICES MYSELF AND IF I HAD TO TREAT MY CLIENTS LIKE YOU TREATED YOURS I WOULD BE FIRED!!! WHY DON'T YOU START CONCENTRATING ON HOW TO DO CRISIS MANAGEMENT PERHAPS CALL ME IF YOU NEED ADVICE!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE OR SAA FOR THAT MATTER I WILL USE THE BUS IF I HAVE TO I DON'T CARE! I WILL ALSO LET EVERYONE I KNOW KNOW ABOUT HOW I WAS TREATED!
