On Sunday 16 December I realised I made an error in a booking for a flight 5 months from now. After phoning the helpline and receiving very little assistance I decided to phone again and try alternative options in correcting my booking.
Shafiek responded with a willingness to assist me in my quest to correct the booking and I really appreciate the effort he took in trying alternative options to result in as little financial loss possible.
