BAD & POOR SERVICE

My flight from kzn to lanseria (ngawzs) was delayed by 6-7 hrs. I needed to be bcak in JHB for meetings from 2.30pm, i only got home at 9.3pm last night. This has resulted in a number of cancellations of meetings etc. Due to all of this i had to cancel my flight to PE and reschedle for early next year.

KULUA now want me to pay a 1000.00 IN FOR THIS CHANGE I RECEIVED A VOUCHER WHICH I CANT EVEN USE, SO IN OTHER WORDS A LOOSE OUT COMPLETETLY DUE TO A LOCAL FLIGHT DELAY OF 6-7 HOURS

THIS IS NOT ON, UNFAIR AND AS A CONSUMER I HAVE MY RIGHTS

WILL FIGHT TO THE BITTER END
