This report is premature as I haven't taken up the issue with the supplier yet. It's taken a week to just get a contact address for a supervisor. I was just checking to see if there had been other complaints, but at this point we are devastated that we were so blatantly to! Just about every answer that we were given to our many questions has turned out to be untrue. As a result, the product sold to us (R16700) is totally unsuitable - we would have established that upfront were it not for the.
