Shocking service

I was booked on flight MN505 Jnb (HLA) to Dur on 10.12.13 @ 11.20. We were boarding at gate 3 to which we proceeded. We were then told that the flight was delayed for unexplained reasons? and would be updated shortly. I then received an sms saying we would then be leaving at 12:00 & informed the person fetching me to be waiting. Another announcement was then made to say it was delayed again for unexplained reasons? & NO explanations were given. During this time another Mango flight left. I then received another sms saying we would now be leaving at 1pm & yet again I informed my pick up to be ready. Only to hear 5 minutes later that it was cancelled yet AGAIN for UNEXPLAINED reasons. I then received another sms stating we would leave at 2pm. This time, a plane arrived, we were all called to line up to board, & then promptly told, the crew were going home, their shift was over & we had NO CREW to fly the plane.By now 2 other Kulula flights to Dbn had left & NOT once had we been given the option to change to another flight. We were then informed we had to wait for new crew & would leave at 4. On the way apparently their car broken down & we ended up only leaving at 5. SHOCKING
