I attended a presentation last year with the promise that on completion, I would receive a 'free holiday voucher'

After the presentation I got the voucher, but seem that the holiday is just a ploy. Whenever I tried to make a reservation, it's full. And I have to call back when bookings 'open'. And even if I call them 8.30am on the date they gave me, it's 'full' again
I have tried 12 times, in total, to make a reservation to use my voucher but now I'm told that there's nothing for February, the earliest dates available is in March but my voucher will be expired. So not only did I waste my time sitting through the presentation, I had to phone around constantly just to be told I cannot be helped. Is this 'free holiday voucher' perhaps a maneuver to lure customers? It sure looks that way

How can every single place be full every time I call and even when I'm told bookings will only open at a certain date then on the morning it's already full. Load of.
