Pathetic Service from Kulula

On the kulula website there was a flight for R658 for the 2 Oct 2013 at 20:05. so i tried to book this. at the payment page it kicked me off numourous times until i couldnt finish my booking and by then kululu had increased the price on the ticket and this booking was no longer available.

i then called the call centre were i spoke to a Zaheer Isaacs whom advised me that there is nothing he could do without proff and i should have taken a screen shot of the page. he further said that there is nothing he can do about the fluctution of prices. i left it alone

later the price came down on the same flight to R658 and i once again proceeded to book. and LOW BEHOLD the darn thing did the same thing. i again called for Zaheer, waited a good 15mins and he gives me the same lecture as to not being able to help. however this time, i took a screen shot and i asked him so now what are you going to do about it!

he asked me to email it through and he would call me back, which he has not done.

its not fair that while im making a payment for the flight, kulula decides to increase the price while on my end its still says im paying R658.
