I had booked a holiday to CT on the 1st of November 2013 and to reasons of a personal nature I had to cancel. I called Kulula and spoke to a lady by the name of Kgomotso, she seemed quite in touch and assured me that I would be refunded within 6-7 working days.
It is now a month later and I am still waiting for the refund.
