Bad treatment of passengers

Booked flight SA1274 - 1 Dec: PMB - JHB at 12h35. Checked in 1 piece of luggage & waited at the gate.By 12h30 plane had not arrived. I walked through security & back into the check-in area where a crowd of confused passengers had gathered. Upon further questioning, an abrupt man behind check-in counter informed me that the flight couldn't leave due to poor visibility. We would be shuttled to Durban airport & board the same plane there for the flight to JHB. Nobody bothered to inform us of when shuttle would arrive. After waiting for over 2 hours two small mini buses arrived. We were told that all the checked in luggage would be loaded into the trailers & go with us to Durban. We were transported to King Shaka airport & had to fork out the toll plaza fees as the driver didn't have any cash on him. On arrival in DBN I realised that my luggage was not in shuttle's trailer. I immediately reported the matter there & was told to inform the Lost Baggage department at OR Tambo. We were put onto a different plane after a lengthy process at the ticketing office & eventually made our way back to JHB. Still no sign of luggage & thousands of rands worth of clothing/medical equipment gone.
