I double paid for the flight ticket

My sister was offloaded from Mango Airline because she did not have the picture of my husband's credit card in her phone. We were never notified when the ticket was printed for us until she reached the boarding gate and the flight left her and on top of R1000 we paid for the ticket we paid another R554.I need a solution for this.
