Complaint of Non Service

Since the 20th November 2013 I have been trying everyday in vain to book a flight via the SAA call center in town... They dont answer the phones at all... I am the only person on duty at my office so I cannot leave to go in to town to buy a ticket in person also just my luck that the online booking wouldn't go through... I go into town on saturday 30 November only to find the notice on the door saying they are not open on Saturdays anymore then yesterday I close my office early and get there at literally 16:28 and they refused to let me in to buy a ticket. What is the purpose of a walk in shop when they shorten working hours and workings days during the busiest time of the year... Unfortunately for me I STILL dont have a a ticket for my trip... I fly with SAA regularly but not anymore..
