Excellent service

This is my second time booking through travelstart. First time was a straight forward booking everything went smoothly, this time however I made a last minute booking on friday to leave for indo on wednesday. I did my booking over the phone with a very friendly and professional staff lady (sorry dont recall her name). I was going to have a one day stopover in hong kong. My quote was sent to me and I immediately did the eft for it. Unfortunately (or rather luckily for me), this was late on friday afternoon and travelstart didnt receive my payment before they closed so no ticket was issued. Friday night I got news that I did not have to stop over in hong kong anymore and quickly tried to have my booking changed since no ticket was issued yet. I sent an email to your after hours mail address and a lady by the name of Gwen Todd assisted me, its saturday and she managed to changed my booking to an even cheaper flight and without the one day stopover and my ticket was issued to me today. Excellent service.

If I can give you guys some criticism, it would of been much nicer for me to be able to actually speak to a person after hours or in case of an emergency. Perhaps look at offering this
