Went on holiday to UK July 2012, used Avio points to upgrade to Economy plus for family of 4 to Manchester return to Johannesburg. Very impressed with Economy Plus definately more room. To our surprize on returning from Manchester to Johannesburg the whole family was upgraded to Business Class! WOW what an experience! We felt very special and prevaledged to get this once in a lifetime opportunity. If only we could afford to do that again! You have spoilt us BA thank you so much.
