Thanks for your reply to my previous post but please note that despite your policy which only you know of, my kids flew on kulula on 11 July 2013 unaccompanied at ages of 8 and 12 (booking code EUADJW). So I booked this time again not knowing that it would be a problem. There should be a warning on your Website that this is against policy, because it requires one to input the ages of passengers. Your call centre agent has promised a refund of the full amount. The refund on its own is not sufficient to heal the scare that was caused to me. I drove up and down spending my own fuel and I took abuse from your rude ticket sales office lady and I ended up having to make an alternative booking for my kids at a higher price as it was on a short notice and of course the cost and invonvinience of re-arranging and re-booking their planned holiday activities for the next day are but some of the losses that I have to endure. You cannot stop me from never flying with kulula again and you also cannot stop me from telling the world about your lack of customer service but you could still stop me from taking further action by giving me an appropriate compensation.
