Mount Amanzi Resort makes us Indians only stand at reception for hours, they insist and look for faults with us they say we have spelling errors in our letters, or we don't have i, d books. they so hard on us asking for id documents and paper work, they say its hotel rules, but I promise u the guy in front of me was a Afrikaner he had the same problem, they told him to go to Ur room and come tomorrow to sort the problem out, they only hassled Indians they treat us unfairly, they searched for faults in everything until they couldn't find a fault then gave us our rooms, the 1room stayed empty on a Friday night, we had to drive 300kms on sat morning to go and collect my i.d book to come back to resort on Saturday morning present the i.d and then we got the last room, this is how they treated us Antoinette refused to listen to me, as a manager she was really rude and just say thats the hotel rules.. if its the rules you display rules with everyone the same,
we had issues with car reg plates, with family members coming in, yet the white guy in the chalet next to me said he had no issues. the hotel does not change towels, bedding, soaps, shampoos in the week, they very unhygienic.
