On the 28th of Nov 2013 My flight MN 603 was delayed due to a thunder storm, which is totally understandable. What really infuriates me is the fact that a later flight MN641 left on time with 8 empty seats on it. There were 6 passenger with carry on luggage only from flight MN603 waiting at the gate and the attendants refused to allow us on the plane. My original flight is now delayed by another hour and there is no indication on the screens of the new boarding gate or time. There is no management available to come and address the irate bunch of passengers. No communication and no accountability!

This airline is also owned by British Airways which has had a several flights going to Durban with empty seats, surely they could have lessened their problem by allowing passengers from one subsidiary onto a parent co flight.

I have never, ever seen anyone make a bad situation worse!
To date I have been a big fan of this airline but they have truly lost my loyalty and I am truly disappointed.
