I have flown this flight on numerous occassions and it has never been on time. It is always late for what ever reason and this is now not acceptable. I fly home to Durban every week and on Friday 15 November this was the last straw. This flight is always delayed and the excuses range from technical to late arrival and never do Kulula apologise or give something back to the passengers The earlier Flight MN603 seems to be on time always. This is not on and I would appreciate some type of apology and such like as passengers have lives and families to get to and [URL Removed] just don't seem to care about who is paying their salaries.
