After trying to resolve this with numerous people contacting me, even speaking to a manager in your call centre, it continues. I have no idea how you have managed to get my details mixed up with hundreds of your customers. i have been recieving calls from Imperial toyota all over the country about the service of various cars and been asked to collect amongst others a Prado, Yaris, and a Corolla. please can you stop calling me, i have 1 vehicle which i had serviced last week at Imperial city Toyota and thats it. please investigate how my details got mixed up and get your call centre to stop calling me, in the last two weeks, i spent on average an hour a day explaining to your agents that it is not my vehicle, if you would like to give me another car, i will gladly accept, if not, please just please stop calling me.
