Ok so i booked a ticket down to Durban, so it happens that I cant go anymore. it is more than a month in advance that i want to cancel. what I dont understand it how can they make non refundable non name transferrable tickets? be careful when anyone book with these. So to be really honest I will never fly with them again ever - all I can do is move the ticket obviously at a price! to be honest it is not client service this is forced client retention. how pathetic must you be as an airline to do this
