The bus was supposed to leave at 22:00 in park station to durban but we were standing there no one bothered to come and explain what was happening or why the bus was late as when you buy the ticket they tell you that you must be there 30 minutes early but until half past ten waiting for a bus to come but when they come we had to run after the consultant to be servised such a bad service and they are rude as well. Its like they don't have enough buses but they sell lots of tickets.
