On the 30th OCT my son was booked on the 1pm bus frm Midrand to DBN. We were told to be there @ 12.45pm. The bus as usual was late. The bus only arrived @2.05pm and we got an sms @1.30 informing us the there is a 1hr delay as the bus is only leaving Pretoria now. The driver is filling desiel & THEN HE WILL LEAVE? why was the desiel not filles before the scheduled departure??? When the bus arrives the driver barely waited 3min befire driving off. We had to run behind the bus to stop him. He then tells us he didnt know how many passangers were bording the bus & he was driving off cos 1pasanger got in. While he was liading my son's luggage 3other passangers came to board tge bus. They were in the restaurant eating and would have missed the bus if we dudnt stop him. Thus kind of service delivery is unacceptable. There is not enough space to write todays incident on his return trip. And the bad attitude of the staff. My son is still not back, its 7pn 03/11/13, he borded the bus @ 8.30 this morning. This week i am going to start a boycot in DBN & JHB against them until we get better service delivery or they should close down. The director can contact me if he wishes to.
