Disgraceful Service

On Saturday Morning (6/4/13) my mother caught a SA Roadlink bus from Midrand to Pietermaritsburg. After contacting the call centre personally, I confirmed that the bus arrives at 10am. At around 11h40 the bus still had not arrived, efforts to contact the call centre were made but there was no answer, Finally I could get hold of the PTA Depot, who then told me that the bus is running late. My question is, why ask for contact numbers when booking the ticket if you are not going to use them to contact the customer and let them know that the busses are running late? When the bus finally arrived at the depot we were told that it is a bus headed for Cape Town and that the passangers headed to PMB need to switch to another bus at the JHB depot, again if I had known this I would have dropped my mother off at the JHB Depot, to spare her the stress and angst she experienced on Saturday. When speaking to her during the course of the trip she told me that the driver does not know the route and that he is asking directions from some of the passengers. GOODNESS ME! Atleast employ drivers who know where they are going or invest in GPS'S. Is this the 'Proudly South African' Service you give?
