I arrived in HK in sept13 on a business trip expecting my bag to arrive with me - SUPRISE! no bag! They bring someone else's bag with MY luggage tag on? 3days without NO FEEDBACK from SAA - I had to call them. Appon return to SA I put my claim of R13 350 after a month and they still haven't received or made 1call to ME with an update. Today they send me a settlement payment amount of R4400?? Now tell me SAA - things get MORE expensive by the day and they give you "depreciated value? "? I can't even just replace my clothes&shoes that was /LOST - Because of incompetent staff now I must pay the price? NO SAA this is BULL!! Oh and by the way - this was at the BUSINESS CLASS CHECK-IN?!!!
