Where is my luggage?

Kenyan-Air ways lost my luggage. They lost it on the 29th of September, it is now the 18th of October! No one can tell me where it is apparently it was cross tagged.

Their tracing agent is Bid Air services who are equally useless (but at least you can get hold of them) they tell me that Obert, apparently the only man in South Africa that can handle my lost luggage claim has left South Africa.

The tracing agents sent an e-mail to Monrovia and are awaiting reply... Pity we do not have telephones or company representatives in other countries.

No one seems to know when he will return.

Until then, I get to wait for him to flit back to his post and tell me one way or another where my luggage is or how much they are paying to replace it.

Words fail to describe the epic uphill battle it has been to get the tiny amount of information I now have.

I'm amazed at how poor the communication and service has been from both bidair and Kenyan Airways.

I will never fly with Kenya Airways again.
