Annamart at Lanseria's ego trip -please address

Despite checking in online and having only hand luggage, I got to the airport early and thought I'd see if a better seat was available. There wasn't. Still, Annamart instructed me to weigh my hand luggage. This is never happened to me in hundreds of thousands of km travelled. It was 1.5kg too heavy so i was instructed to check it in.i asked if i could move some items into my backpack and when this didn't seem to be a problem, i marched off rather irritated. I mean really! What's the difference?!! Once through security i opened my suitcase for the world to see and probably moved 0.5kg items across. 5min later a rather smug looking Annamart arrived to advise me i had been offloaded off the flight. Apparently she wanted to witness me unpacking my suitcase. I was marched out of the waiting lounge to weigh my luggage again. Imagine her disappointment when she saw i had already lightened my suitcase. 0.5kg later i was allowed to return.
Get a life Annamart and don't go on an ego trip at my expense. Her attitude and behaviour was simply disgusting. You've lost a fan for good kulula. And I'll be doing my best to ensure as many of my family and friends stop using you as well.
