On Monday I flew from CPT to JNB on BA6416, I made the HUGE mistake of accidentally speaking Afrikaans to the mentioned cabin attendant. He pulled the most awful face at me, I repated my request for a bit of water politely in English. He just looked at me funny, gave a slight nod, never to return. This is very unprofessional and I am disgusted with how BA disregards passengers nowadays. Eventually a colleague of his, Micheline, came when I rang the call button (at least 10/15 minutes later) gave me a smile and returned with some water. No Cebisa, not acceptable, please realise where your salary comes from!
