I made a booking to spend the weekend in forever resorts warmbaths. Although I could only stay saterday night in the resort as I am working until 8 at night and is still 2 hours drive from warmbaths, they still forced me to pay for 2 as this is company policy the lady said. I asked her if I was then not welcome in the resort if I only wanted to spend saterday night, she said unfortunately yes unless I am going to pay for 2 nights!!! How can one go to a shopping centre and buy R500 worth of food cause that is all that you need and then be told sorry you need to send R2000 as that is company policy???
