We booked into your chalet 96 this weekend.
I have to say that our stay there was enjoyable beside an incident that we had on Friday night.
My parents and the rest of the group were playing music off a tablet (Which is not that loud) and sitting on the back patio dancing when an arrogant security came up to them and said "no noise allowed".
Firstly our group was not even that loud, as I was in the shower at that time and did not here them.
Secondly, this was at 9.20 in the evening. How is it that residential laws allow you to make a noise till 10pm and yet a holiday resort does not.
We do have respect for everyone around us, but really, that was just ridiculous.
I mailed this to your office first but got no response...
