Poor and shocking service!

I am really disappointed with the service from this supplier. A booking that should have been fixed or altered in a short amount of time has taken up more time than it should with at least 5 people emailing back and forth. First I tried to change my flight and instead of ease of service; I was given a quote that was R24 103 - just to change a one way ticket. I emailed my concerns and was told that it was because there was no economy flight available (which they could have explained). Then I changed the dates multiple times and finally got to the amount of R1 233 to change the date. Which I was told could not be paid from a foreign bank account which makes my life incredibly difficult as I am living in Thailand. So I had to get a friend to pay from an SA bank account - and they lost the payment as I emailed to ask for confirmation and they replied saying that my credit card details had not be successful - which I sent as security to avoid losing my booking while I got someone to sort out an EFT instead. Too many people working on one booking, causing confusion and exorbitant quotes to say the least. I will not be using or recommending this supplier in the future.
