Kulula charge for every transaction to be made by the client but when a refund must be processed to a client they could not care less!! Everytime consultant explains a different process and timelimit used for a refund. After I e-mailed all the requered information through and phone to confirm that the refund will be processed. Yesterday I noticed we have not yet received the money and follow-up. Just to be put through from one to another person, and nobody can trace anything about a refund. This is totally unacceptable!! Tired of phoning in and trying to sort this out, what tipe of client services is this? And I'm not willing to wait another 4-6 weeks or 6-7 weeks or 6-8 weeks, seeing that the time period change with every consultant.
