I am still awaiting my refund after I sent through my cancelation on 16 September. When I called 20 September to find out what's happening I was told that it was sent through to Canal walk on 20 September after 08h00 to check if I was within the 5 day cool off period. I then waited an called again on 27 September an then spoke to Lorna who had a attitude over the phone anyway she told me it came back an that I will receive a refund with 7 businss days so I need to count from 20 September so I should receive the money by wednesday, 2 October I then waited again and called Lorna again on Friday, 04 October she then told me it will take 7-10 days and because I bank with Standard Bank it could take longer. I am not happy having to wait so long for ny own money. Why must I wait so long when a collegue of mine cancelled a day after me and she received her refund on tuesday already. So not happy with all the we have been told which got me into this the first place had your managers just been honest you would not have to be dealing with refunds
