Hi travelled from or tambo to cape town flight JE165 19:35 2013-06-03. First of all I noticed that the plastic wrap was not on my bad when i arrived at the carosel when i got home there where a few valuable items from my bag worthR 2000. How can we trust the airline with our bags even if we wrap it?
