BAD SERVICE

I took the bus from Richardsbay to Durban on 27 December 2013.
1. The bus was 1 hour late
2. The bus driver was yelling and screaming to all the passengers the entire trip.
3.No announcement was made at all.
4.The passengers didnt even know where the should get of the bus or where we were at the entire time.
5.We could not ask the driver as he was yelling and screaming the entire time.

I feel that I have spend R260 just to be treated like the of the earth. This is unacceptable.
I was also charged R200 for extra luggage. The very next day I was charged R150 for the same luggage when I took the Greyhound to Standerton. The trip to Standerton was a pure delight. Great Diver and Great Hostess.
The Bus driver from Richardsbay to Durban really needs an attitude adjustment! Its unacceptable!!!
