The aircorn was too cold that I did not enjoy my 7 hour trip and even other passengers also complained about it and even asked one lady working for Intercape to switch it off but she said she can't because it was going to be st affy in the bus. I understand what she was saying but I feel it should be controlled to a certain temperature for it not to be so cold. It was as if I was driving at the back of a bakkie. I don't think I will use this bus again.
