On Sunday, 2013.10.27, I had purchased 20x 6" blocks & for delivery from Brick Paradise, but they cannot deliver them on Sunday for me, so I requested if they would be able to deliver after hours on the Monday, reason for after hours, A:) I was on site in PTA, B:) I work during the day and I am quite busy. So they said yes, I filled out their delivery form, answering all the relevant questions, and filling in the required information. On paying for all of this, I had requested once again, that they deliver after hours, the cashier made a note on the invoice that I was to be contacted before hand when the delivery was going to be done, which never happened, so now, Brick Paradise decides to deliver @ 14:30, no one is @ home to check that they unpack the blocks correctly & damage free, & now I sit with 6x damaged blocks. After being on site & returning to JHB, I went back to Brick Paradise to complain, they said that they would exchange the bricks but only if they are in the area again, or I could bring the blocks to them in my vehicle & they would exchange it. I paid a R100 for delivery, who is going to pay me R100. Brick Paradise provided poor service & do not assist clients.
