Paradise Spa Does Not Honor Warranty

We purchased a spa from Paradise Spa and had it installed by their installation contractor. Within 1 month we began having trouble with the spa. We attempted to contact Wynand by phone and email multiple times, however none of our communications were returned. Within 8-10 weeks, the spa began leaking and I had to drain the spa as the spa was leaking all over the floor. I contacted Paradise Spa and finally received a response. Wynand arranged for a repairman to come fix the spa, but the repair man would not come as the spa was less than 3 months old and still under warranty. I continued to try to contact Paradise Spa, but have not received any return phone calls or emails. It is now 4-5 weeks later and the spa is still not in use. no one has come to repair it and I am not able to use the unit. I have finally arranged with the repairman to come and fix the spa at my expense which includes a R650 call out fee plus labour and parts.
The cost of these repairs should be borne by Paradise Spa. I will never purchase anything else from Paradise spa, nor recommend them to anyone. The service is the worst I've ever experienced. They have no intention of guaranteeing the product they sold me
