I was told that I would be given a voucher for a weekend away. I won't sit through any presentation. However when I got there five minutes late I was told the presentation time is closed and I can't get my voucher because they have to be printed at head office. So now I am left wondering which voucher was I collecting if its not at reception. I wasted my time and two hours worth of fuel because of how far I had to drive even though I had confirmed more than once that I am coming to collect it.
