Rude to custome

I assume it was the manager, I purchased a dress at Mango, it was too big, went back to return the dress. The manager was very rude and did not speak to me in a appropriate manner. I could not return the dress, because I did not have the slip with me, understandable, but the way she spoke to me and treated me is totally unacceptable.
