Exepensive Dress = Poor Quality

On the 7/12/12 I purchased a dress from Edgars Pavilion, from the Forever New Section for R799.I wore the dress once and the next day washed it in cold water. Later when it dried, I realised that the dress faded drastically. It looked as if it was an old dress. I was really upset. I took it back on the 10/12/12 and when I got there at 20:30, I was told the lady that was in the department left already. I was even more upset because the store closes at 21:00 yet the lady left to go home? I took the dress back home and got a chance to take it back on the 22/12/12.When I get there, 2 rude Indian ladies were very unhelpful. One named Tiara, said to me all they will do is take down my name and number and give me a call when they get an answer from the manufacturer. I left my dress with them. To date I am still waiting for a call! I called Edgars Pavilion today 14/01/12 and demanded to speak to the manager. Some lady took my details and got the manager Lisa to call me back. She was very rude and unhelpful, she insisted that the dress was washed in hot water, yet I explained myself to her. I have got no feedback from anyone yet thus resulting my complaint here. The account needs to be credited.
